Backer Surveys
We are using Backerkit for our pledge management for surveys.
Today we sent out a smoke test to just 5% of backers to work out any kinks. Assuming all is well we will send out all surveys Monday Jan 27th.
🚨IMPORTANT: Shipping costs are NOT yet included since we are not planning to ship out rewards for another 6 months or so. Once we have more accurate shipping costs we will update Backerkit and let you know.

Zero-Prep Thunder Road: Vendetta RPG Adventure
One of the early stretch goals was to deliver a zero prep adventure to allow you to start playing now! We had hoped to get this out by the end of December but things did not work out as planned. However, it is in the works now and we expect to have that ready for you in the next few weeks. Expect to see it in our February update.

Late Pledges Ended, What Stretch Goals do I get, Survey Plan

The REAL Final Number is $89336, which means we fell just short of our $90K stretch goal unfortunately. Bummer, but we will see if it is possible to include the character sheet pad or not once we work on our final numbers with our manufacturer.
How do I know if I get the Early Bird Player's Manual?
All backers of $20 or more through Friday 10/25 at 11:59pm Eastern get a free Driver's Manual player book.
The item will be automatically added to your backer survey so it will show in your cart at no cost.
If you backed at a level that gives you 4 player's manual AND backed during the Early Bird time frame you will receive 5 copies of the player's manual.

What to Expect Next
We are working to open Pre-orders to the public by early January.
Backers surveys will be worked on over the next few weeks and will be sent out to backers by the end of January assuming everything is ready to go. We'll do another update once these are headed your way.
Delivery of physical items is slated for end of July 2025. Digital items will likely be distributed earlier, but at this time it is too early to say exactly when.

Next Steps
We will continue to collect late pledges and will get you an update December 16th on where we stand regarding stretch goals, who gets which stretch goals, and what to expect in the pledge manager (BACKERKIT). Surveys are not expected to go out until sometime in January 2025.

THE APOCALYPSE IS COMING FASTER THAN WE THOUGHT!
🔥 When the world is on fire and there is nothing that you can do, that's bad. But, in THUNDER ROAD: VENDETTA being on fire is awesome! A core principle in the game design was to make everything big, dumber, bolder, more on firereryer (firer?)...you know what I mean. When you get behind the wheel of your sweet post-apocalyptic death machine - you need to get ready to let go and to go with the flow.
CAR TALK VENDETTA
We did a fun session with the design team that you can listen to below. This give a lot if insight into what's going in the game, and what you get from playing. This RPG is the kind of experience that wants you to make vroom-vroom noises and crash your hot wheels together!
STRETCH GOALS
We have been cruising along at 55MPH for the last week during the election and middle of the campaign. Now, we have just over 2 weeks so let's do this! Rev it up to 80!
We are in the final stretch here, with some of the coolest stretch goals to try for. I, for one, hope that we can get to 100K so that we can make FAST CARS and FIREBALLS - which is something that we've been talking about for years - but took off the board when Thunder Road: Vendetta RPG happened.
It's the FANTASY version/skin for Thunder Road: Vendetta RPG! I want to PLAY a Fast Cars and Fireballs Vendetta Hack - because I love goblins and kobolds and wizards, and I think its about time we put them behind the wheel of some dragonoil guzzling death machines!
